- I write about all the details of yoga life in New York City & beyond. Wherever I travel beyond my home in NY I seek out Yoga & share the rasa with you. This is the central address for all NYC studios, instructors, happenings & all the other yoga details in between. I have been teaching Yoga, Dance & Fitness for over 15 years in Los Angeles, New York City & beyond. I hold certifications in Yoga, Fitness, Spinning, Mindfull Movement, Yoga Booty Ballet & Meditation. My experience ranges from starring in Yoga Dvds, teaching large events (300+), coaching privates, choreographing productions and managing Group Fitness & Yoga Programs. In my spare time I delight in taking Yoga & Dance classes, reading about Yoga philosophy, aryuveda & anatomy. So the passion, excitement & expertise I hold in this are of YOGA life is something that flows naturally from me & onto the pages of this blog. I have been writing and blogging for 5 years (although it feels like I was born to write, blog & revel in this). It is my highest intention to engage you and offer my experiences as your bridge to more Yoga in your life.

Wow! This morning I took another Intensati class with Patricia Moreno. Class met 9am @ equinox greenich & 12th St in NYC. Wow what an amazing mind, body, soul workout!! Intensati is such a blessing
